Well, just thought I'd post it because it's an 'R' and Foggyjames said the Rs are getting rare and thought people might be looking for them! (I've seen other people mentioning them when they come up for sale). I'll email him and ask him what he means as theres another one of these 850 T5R 'Wentworths' for sale on the net. Perhaps he can enlighten us

Are you referring to 850R or T5-R'.......
People may describe there for sale items as "Wentworths" but this does not mean they are....
The "R" (850R) is a rare model and as such there is a market for the car, however a 850 Wentworth, whilst recognising the name, is something i have to view..Not saying it does not exist, Elaine...Just that i have never perused one....

The seller says it has the little badge next to the 850, the two tone leather interior, the wood interior, wooden steering wheel, etc. Does this not sound like an 850R? VOC 850 page info says this trim is exclusive to the 850R. It appears that he was mistakenly told the trim was 'Wentworth'. Lol, who is Elaine?

the T-5R has the same trim(full option),one off the differences is that

the interior is other way round as R,means it has leather in the middle&

alcantara on the sides.

250 gee-gees. Best thing is to email him, address in first post, find out from log book/phone call to Volvos exactly what it is, whether the 850R or not. He's insistent its one of only either 50 or 150 in the UK

I'd already emailed him asking this, still awaiting reply. Thanks for your useful post, even if I did cut and paste an ad for a car from a man who clearly doesn't know what he's got at least I've learned something here. I'll let 4wheeldriver know when I get a reply. I can see from an interior photo of the one St5ve has listed that thats an ordinary T-5R (although neither sound ordinary, lol, I have had a drive of my fathers T-5R but he insisted on accompanying me as he knows I'm into flying!).
