I have done CM - Most and ICM Optical Fibre Test using Vida and both of these were fine.
Seems like I won't be able to do it a lot.

Should i be able to replace ICM control module ?

Yes its not difficult to get out but it needs proper diagnosing , you need to prove it's faulty before doing anything , its an expensive job. you haven't checked the power feeds and earth and digital network wire signals have you?
a new module will need the specific software reloaded into it as well
