No complaints here with the non turbo 2.4i. A bit sedate after my Range Rover 3.6 V8 two turbo diesel, but you get used to it, and quite happily copes with a heavy load.

The range had a facelift in 2005, subtle external and internal changes and significant changes to the electrics.
The obvious change to look for is orange indicator segments built into the headlights on the later cars.
I’ve had several early P2 cars over the last several years and only ever had 1 easily resolved electrical issue (a known fault on the instrument cluster).

Put a picture or link to it as it could be either on an 05 plate.

she said advisories have not been done. drives perfect, headlights have film on but lights not reduced. Some corrosion on rear springs. That's it.

150k I would be scared. Could be good if really looked after, or have troubles. I don't like the 'reason' for selling either, but that's just me

That’s a facelift model, at the mileage you’d be wanting to check the auto box is smooth when hot and budget for an oil change anyway (loads of info on here).

The headlight lenses are plastic and go cloudy with age, info on here how to refurbish them.
The suspension is getting worn, will be on all this range at the age, likely to need ball joints or bushes replaced to cure it over time.

Thanks for the advice... Maybe that's why they are selling it for £1900

Ok I'll look for a lower mileage one

As asked before if anyone knows of one let me know pls.. I don't want to make a Big mistake!

Cheers
