  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default Radio issue C70

I have just bought a C70 08 plate . I am getting nothing from AM frequency but FM stations are fine and clear.
When it is on AM frequency there is just silence not even back ground noise.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Yep, common problem and the same happened to my 08 C70. Seems Volvo can't build a decent AM radio. Apparently only fix is change the whole unit.

or send it off for repair for a new ladder filter ..

A many thanks for that. A member is bringing me one to the BKV or maybe I will try and get a DAB radio for it

As they have been volvo radio experts for at least 48 years , they used to be Volvo Uk's radio reconditioners , many years ago i remember walking past the shop which gave the impression of a converted house , good to see have they have grown today . It seems they have moved from spring road ...
