There are quite a few videos on the web including a good one from Chesired5 on Youtube. I did mine as part of my front suspension overhaul, which I made a record of using photos, in case I had to do it again. The section on the inner tie rods starts at 14.

Good luck

I've just done mine last week.

Both sides are around the same distance out, but the removal tool in the video makes life much easier. To get my one to fit I had to turn the steering wheel slightly to bring the joint out to avoid the removal tool fowling on the subframe.

The hardest part is getting the rusted bolts loosened off first, so I would recommend spraying some penetrating fluid on the track rod end bolt and the lock nut if they haven't been touched for a while.

I purchased the full kit of inners, outers and new boots in case I damaged the old ones during removal. The new boots came with clips, somewhat of a pain to get the N/S crimped up though.
