the problem is i am going to buy the car, and seller said,he spoke with dealer, and dealer said no problems .
but what you reckon, next time when anything will be wrong with the car they can say your warranty is not working,as last service been done 2 month late?

The dealer may well have said no problem , but if there is an engine problem which costs £6000 to put right the get out clause from volvo is that the car was 2 months late for service , The oil already does 18000 miles between services , it could be deemed that 22000 miles is too many .
Unless you get something in writing from Volvo ( not the dealer ) it would be a worry . The above is worst scenario ..
if you do get the car i would have your next service 2000 miles early to get back on schedule .. so at 36000 miles or 2 years from registration date which ever comes first ...

well that is something in your favour, but still 2 months overdue when the warranty contract say a max of one month overdue is allowed ... , wasn't it warning you every day in the dash for 3 months? ( It warns you a month before by saying " Book Time for Service " then the second month it says SERVICE DUE , Then it says Service overdue )

of course yes , well either get the seller to talk to volvo if they are volvo dealers and get something in writing about the late service , , or walk away if it is a general garage as you can bet they won't have used the correct oil anyway ..
