Default S40 no power

Hi all

Having problems with my 09 s40 d5.
It starts and drives fine when starting from cold and will drive ok all day as long as you dont turn it off. If i turn it off to nip into shop etc and return and start it while its warm then it has no power, no acceleration. Leave it a few hrs to cool and its back to normal again.
Going to try and get codes read tonight if theres any but just wondering if anyone has had this before and can give me a heads up.

Thanks.

Ok, took it to a local indi garage and plugged it into his snap on reader- got the codes 1600 boost pressure sensor faulty and 1000 atmosperic sensor faulty?

Any help with these?
Where do i look for either?

Cheers.
