Volvo on call - cannot delete scheduled charge
Hi
I have a XC90 T8 2019 model - had for a year - which I am very happy with. I recently added economy 7 electricity at home so I decided to set the volvo on call app to charge my car overnight. This is fine but I cannot now charge the car at any other time as the app will not let me delete the scheduled charge (get technical error cannot start service) and the “charge now” option gets a failed to start error message. I only have one location as a charging option as only charge at home. I have contacted Volvo UK and they have no idea. I am booked with dealer for diagnostic day but this is a hassle so wondered if anyone had any ideas? I have not tried deleting app and reinstalling - but worried will lose all driving data etc. Any ideas appreciated. Have you tried setting up VoC on seperate phone pointing to the car and see if it adopts the schedule from the server.
You might be able to "con" the car to respond to the differennt phone.

You can only delete them from the car - I had this before.
Set them up on the phone, delete on the car - madness! S
