Volvo v50 2.0 diesel 2009 no rev no error code

Car starts but does not rev.

No error code.

Every 5-6 restart the problem goes away and if its not there when the car is started it does not come back for the duration of the drive.

It has refilled the eolys fluid at 60k km and somehow also at 75k km.

Any ideas? Manuals for debugging which sensor might be off? Problem went away some weeks but is now a daily problem once again.

remove the cem see where green plug is and check for water

might be worth looking at egr /maf
