C30 General : - Climate control thermostat

Does anyone know where the climate thermostat is located in a C30?

I've noticed that the climate temperature sometimes gets too warm and blows faster before slowing down to maintain a steady temp, so I'm wondering if the thermostat may be in need of, either replacing or a clean if it's gathered some dust.

On a left hand drive C70 it's in a little vent hole kind of behind the waterfall above and to the right of the drivers right knee
