S40 T5 adjust camber
Hello, have recently been looking at adjusting the camber on the car and I have no idea about any of this stuff at all really. I have had a look at a few products, one in the below link. If anyone knows anything about adjusting cambers on these cars or these kits it would be great to know!
https://www.partsforvolvosonline.com...oducts_id=8247 Looking to get as best grip for cornering etc rather than straight line.

I honestly wouldn't even attempt doing this yourself.
Take it somewhere with a 4 wheel hunter alignment system and tell them what you want, let them do it properly. Also, from past experience, 90% of the time something in the suspension area will require huge amounts of penetrating oil and lots of patience and heat to undo.

I remember something on here, where if you lower this platform then the adjustable rear camber arms are recommended.
Trouble is what angles would you ask for the wheels to be set at? I guess track day cars are set up using trial and error? inner tyre wear would not be the first priority but max grip would be. I'm sure member 't5 monkey' had the full adjustable set up, be worth searching his posts I don't see him around here anymore

Thanks Funky, defenitly wouldnt do this myself but defenitly looking to improve the grip of the car for cornering.
Welton I think T5 Monkey sold his car on, never spoke to him but I know the guy he sold it to ... im pretty sure its his car. plate is T5 GFT? S40 T5 in a yellowish green colour? The guy has literally just done the K16 upgrade as well and I will be running a similar map to him but he is runnin newman cams. Will be looking at polybushes but wanted to know if the camber could be adjusted on the front and rear.

just a thought... try Googling for adjustable camber arms - S40.
if they are for sale Google will find it.. or if you are really keen, find someone with a lathe and get some cam bolts made. I made quite a few adjustable suspension parts for my Impreza.
