Amazon are sure trying to help the environment???

The 3 24GB Data sim that I ordered yesterday, arrived this morning in a 13.75” x 9.75” flat cardboard sleeve.
Royal Mail could not get it in the letter box.

They do this with SD cards too, ridiculous!

I ordered on in "Amazon hassle free packaging" once, yeah, sure, less plastic - huge outer cardboard packet though :-D

Don't ever order bottles from them....OMFG!

I have ordered SIM cards numerous times from Amazon, but never arrived in a package this large.
As the delivery was Tracked, the Post wanted to hand it to me.
When I told him what was inside, he nearly fainted.

I think it must have been packed by the same person who packed a SD memory card for me, a massive box with loads of bubble wrap inside and my Micro SD card taped to the bottom, I think they were taking the pi s.

I got one today but looking the data used to d/l the map update through my phone, I think there might be a fair bit of data left after the 2 years

Does anyone know, I realise the data lasts two years, but when does the two years start from? I assume when you start using it? In other words, if I buy now but don’t use for a while, will I have lost anything?

No. Only when you 1st activate it bud.

That is correct.
Will last for two years, unless you use up all the data before then.

Time to bump this thread I suppose since my sim expired on Monday.

Has anyone come across a better 2 year deal? For me, 10Gb would be plenty. I now have 100 Gb on my phone every month so will probably just use that now, but the deal is there if anyone needs it.
