Vol-fcr

Is anyone using vol-fcr on Windows 10 ?
If so, what hardware interface are you using or recommend please, must be USB connection not serial port.

I'm on W10, and I have an FT232RL KKL USB2.0 cable. I'm just using a USB2.0 connection - though I had to change the port to Com1.

I'm try to use VOL-FCR with W10 but I can't change it from com 3 to com 1
