That's pretty shocking, see you guys are quite far away, I'm about 20 mins from St Helens and whilst i don't want to go banging on doors as not my issue, I don't mind having a drive past an address for you to see if it actually exists and/or there's an XC90 there!?

Thanks Drpepper,

I have business connections in the area and did this myself last week. Although no Volvo on the drive - I got confirmation from someone working on a car on the drive of the address I have - that said person lived at the address but wouldn't be back for a few hours or so. - I'm watching....
I will be passing this onto my c/card company too. I have already passed them a transcript of every e-mail, the entire thread on the forum - plus the similar thread that Pat has come unstuck on as well.

I'll keep everyone posted - and if I need an extra pair of eyes I'll let you know - thanks for the offer - and yes I certainly don't expect anyone to intervene on my behalf.
