Never thought it would be such a struggle to buy filters, I have a volvo s40 sport on a 55 plate registered jan 06, you don't really want me to go into all the troubles I have already gone into to get the right filters, all I am after is oil air and fuel filters, anyone help.

ylater...you tried opie oils? You know what they look like? Can you get measurements from yours?
Try downloading the Mahle and Mann apps to get their part numbers as a good start.

I think Clan means to get the right filters, go to Volvo parts counter. Even if they supply wrong part, they will exchange it. 👍

However you may be comng from the angle of either they can no longer supply one of the parts, you are too far away, or dont want to pay exorbitant prices which your nearest one may charge, but wont supply info for you to go elsewhere.

Bit more forthcoming info on your situation will help us help you...

Have you got any local motor factors Karl? if you have, go to MAN web site and find where your local stockist is. Man filters are very well thought of.

Regards,Keith.

Go to eBay, find caffyns Volvo Eastbourne and speak to Ashley or Chris in parts.

They do great deals and are spot on parts wise. Lots on here use them.

This Volvo dealer offers forum members decent discounts. I found them to be hugely helpful! https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=57125

If you're short on time just read the most recent post!
