You'll need an 8mm drill bit to take the rivets out of the wheel arch, Offer the mud flap up and from behind you can get you hand in to screw on the rub nut. Simple job.

The only thing I'm wondering is will they go on with running boards attached.

Yeh, they will Franco,

They're not as deep as you think. Ive looked at the pics Skipjack has put on his Ad in selling his boards (Ive bought some from him) and they will fit, no problem.
