Would fit them, as the clearly do an excellent job as well as improving the overall look - but as I go rearwards onto the "drive" (ha ha!!) they would almost certainly graunch every time - just like the old 850's used to!

If I go too fast the exhaust has been known to scrape, we live at the bottom of a hill which is around 50yds from a T junction which means that sometimes a little more oomph is required to get out of the way of speeding idiots- for some reason drivers seem to think their brakes will always work and frequently pass our house (downhill at well over 50mph)....much screeching of burnt tyres when the realise that downhill braking requires more effort.....but that is still better than the numpty with a "fireblade" who attempts to reach at least 60 mph by the time he passes our house going uphill; on occasion he gets it a little "wrong" and actually has the front wheel off the ground as he goes past the kiddies going home from the local I/J school - as yet the local officers have failed to "nab" him as his homeward charge seems to vary too much.

I think the V70 flaps are slightly smaller than the 850's. See here - http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=207180

They are certainly thinner and cheaper in manufacture.
