Default Amazon overdrive and early propshaft

I have an overdrive gearbox complete for an Amazon which I have had for some time as a spare for my many projects . When I got it I had it checked over by my local gearbox specialists and it is in good working condition . I also have to go with it an early overdrive propshaft with the locating prongs in the centre
£700 collection East Sussex or possibly Worcester by arrangement .

Hi Red.
I would be very interested in the propshaft as I'm fitting a D type overdrive box to my 1967 Amo'........but I would'nt break up a deal you may have with a prospective buyer if he wants both items.
If one doesn't ask you don't find out, I live in Worcestershire.

many thanks and regards Andy

You wouldn't consider getting your existing prop altered?

I am also looking for a shortened prop shaft for a later car, what are the dimensions of the short shaft, i.e. how much needs to be removed from the original.

Thanks

Hi

I have an original short prop shaft. Bought it on this forum and paid £120 plus postage for it.
If you keen, it would be cheaper to collect due to mass.
