Default Any 940/960 owners with a dog guard fitted?

Hi all,

Picked my self up a dog guard to fit to my wagon, any chance somone could post a pic of the correct orrientation of the mounting plates? (The big steel ones behind the plastic covers help in with the torq/bolt).

They fit in 4 different orientations so a clue as to the correct one would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks

PP

The corner with the mounting slot for the dog guard needs to be at the top and closer to the rear of the vehicle, if that makes sense.
On the inside of the plastic cover is the outline of the hole you have to cut out to replace the plastic cover.
The plate bolts on through the centre and the smaller hole needs drilling through to fit the self tapping screw.

I seem to remember they came with the kit. I guess they stop the brackets twisting about the main bolt.

That'll be exactly why they are there... I'll drill and tap.

Thanks again

This is inside my 760, i think they're the same. Sorry it's not a great pic, the sun was coming from the front of the car so made it tricky!

Hopefully you can see it, it's the drivers side.

If you can't make it out, let me know and i'll try and get a better one, hard with the window there as it will reflect the flash if i use it.
