  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Gotta agree with that

I've worked for Scania for nearly 20 years and am aware of the potential for known faults & other bits of insider knowledge - It happens with every manufacturer tbh.

Quite a lot of our customers reckon they know it all but don't and will not listen to the experts

As for dealer prices (hourly rate)- just don't take your car/vehicle to one if you don't want to pay their prices - simple

One of the reasons I avoid dealers (for all marques I have owned) is the cost. Another is that they often (IME) choose an expensive part replacement rather than a cheaper repair, which I usually get from my specialist indie and backstreet spannerman.
