Default v70 p2 adding a 12S secondary socket.

I have a witter towbar, with a PF Jones 12N wiring harness.
I have bought a new trailer, with brakes, has a 12N +12S sockets - presumably for the reverse lights, but i also have plans for stuff on the trailer.

So, i need to add a 12S socket. (or a 13pin euro) to the car.

does anyone know of a supplier of a ready to plug in harness?
(pf jones only do the 12N)

alternatively, anyone have a copy of the pinouts for the socketin the boot of the car so i can make up a harness ?

or...
will i have to take a feed from the reverse lamp on the car; and will i need a relay bypass?

i plan to add a dc-dc charger and an auxiliary battery: either in the car, or in the trailer.

v70 mk2 2002 (52 plate) uk spec, 2.4(140) manual

On a 2002 v70 you should have a large socket in the rear of the car that has all the 12N + 12S wiring presented in it.

This is the wiring colours for connecting a 12S socket the pre and post refer to caravan age as the 12S pin use changed, so you will probably have to work out by testing which your trailer has.

Thats often the case on here for some reason , we are a load of skinflints where bargains can be had at a dealer , for example sunglass holders on offer at £25 coming up soon until April ... ,
Batteries and coolant are other areas of outstanding bargains .
