Contact your local Volvo dealer, a new one should cost around £35 and you can collect from them so no import fees or silly postage costs. It will have to be sent from their Classics department so expect to wait up to 3 weeks for it to arrive

Part number is 9151141

I recently ordered a couple of individual items at my local Volvo dealership, just waiting on them arriving and prices are not as bad as I expected. If I am ordering numerous items I go through FRF with the forum discount but there is postage to add onto it

EDIT...
Some used available for sale in Italy if that's any good for you and only €9 plus shipping Click

Yes, classic parts through the dealer are brilliant.

I was missing a spanner from the tool kit - secondhand on ebay £35: Classic parts new £5.80. OBD port cover . Secondhand on ebay £14, classic parts 79 pence. Hazard warning triangle storage bracket, ebay secondhand £35, Classic parts £17.50 . All.collected from my local dealer in a matter of days and all brand new with no scuffs or marks. I could go on, but I think folks will have got the picture by now.

Hi Guys, Thank you all for your time and trouble.
I have contacted the main dealer and thanks to 4X4 I was able to quote a part number. The guy was most impressed. It seems the part will arrive in the next 2 to 4 weeks which for spain is grease lightening. Should there be a problem I have Volvo Again reco of gorilla tape to fall back on.
Thanks again for all the help and advice. jack.
