V50 General : - Windscreen

Hi folks - couple of questions (again) sorry!!

Is the windscreen fitted with something to reflect sunlight? I put my road angel in for a trip last week and couldn't get a signal at all.

Also, is the display on the radio / climate control light sensitive? Sometimes I get green on black backgrounds and others it's black on green.

The windscreen is a plain normal one to my knowledge. The display is light sensitive, light green in day and dark at night.

I've used my RoadAngel Navigator in my V50 without any problems.
