Default Middle vents and floor vents not blowing air

Changed condenser myself last week and yesterday had mechanic leak test, all good so regassed it.

Nice cold air but the middle vents are not blowing any air, either are the floor vents, only the dash ones at windscreen.

Left side is also warmer than right.

I've read about this and think need new actuator to fix dual zone

Not blowing air, some people have said they have had luck recalibration motors with VIDA

Has anyone done this or know much about this

Must be an intermittent problem as air is now blowing strong from all vents.

My left side is still broke, its freezing cold air no matter what temperature I set it to.

What actuator is needed to fix this. I have Vida so can check part numbers etc

I'd still do the calibration before assuming anything and removing any parts.
You can also activate individual motors.

If you have Vida, just use the parts catalogue for the exploded diagrams of the system and the workshop manual for replacement procedures.

Do the calibration. I had no air from middle and lower vents on c30 i recently purchased. Had software update at volvo today. Now it all works perfectly. I'm not saying this is your problem but clearly the software 'could'. be causing your issue. Vida and calibration before spending money on parts.

Dice should be arriving next week. Was looking at heater blend replacement as hot air on left side is starting to annoy me. I’ve got Vida but it says dash removal is needed.

I’ve reader the passenger heater blend is the only one that’s easily replaced without dash removal, can anyone confirm or perhaps upload Haynes page

If anyone wants a New, tested and guaranteed working Dice and doesn't want a vague idea of when it will arrive or even work, I have them ready for immediate sending with next day delivery available.

OP, I'll suggest again not to remove anything until you've hooked up the Dice, whenever it arrives.
