I don't think it will be economically viable as it is not just a case of changing bulbs.

You will need to have headlamp washers fitted as well as the self levelling feature in addition to changing the wiring to deal with the extra current.

Re - uprated bulbs.

You will also need to let your insurance company know if you are changing something as important as headlamp bulbs as they may not pay out if it is proven that the "uprated" ones have contributed to an accident by way of dazzling the oncoming driver. It is easy to spot uprated bulbs at night. They are typically on boy-racer cars and have very little focus like HID headlamps do and as a result tend to dazzle oncoming traffic more by just giving off an extremely bright light.

The self leveling shocks are standard on some XC90's I think. Maybe they come with RCE? Anyway when it came time to change my shocks I found that I had them, so that bumped the bill up a bit.
