Seemed a long time to me...

I want it now!! *stamps feet* Ohhhhhwuh!
Remember only a few years ago you ordered your new volvo and any factory options you wanted at the dealer , the car was specialy built for you and was at the dealer within 2 weeks for you to collect . when the cars arrived parts on them ( not the car itself ) were dated made only 3 weeks previously . it seems Ford thought this a costly excercise .

It might well be a good idea if you read a post properly before voiceing an answer like that ! ! What I asked was would the fact that I had towed with it be recorded on the system and be picked up at a later point in time, at no point did I ask if I should tow with it. NOW WHOS THE WALLEY ! ! !

I bet you want it now, we couldn't wait either. I think it was also about 2weeks between factory and pickup ,but of cause you also have a long Easter weekend as well. I hope it goes very fast M8 .Stew

Default but ......

Presumably you asked if the fact you had towed with the car would be logged in the system because you knew that towing with such a new car would be seen as a bad idea by volvo. There are perfectly good reasons it would be seen as bad and I refer you to my earlier post.

Just an update really, I have just arrived back from a 1000mile holiday to France with the caravan. The XC90 now has 3000miles on the clock and pulls like a train, with the caravan on the back 70 mph was the norm and returned 23 mpg towing, this seems fair considering the 3k on the clock. Also it hasn't used a drop of oil and is going in for the 3 month check up tomorrow.
