We have people come off at some very high speeds. One Evo Came off at 180MPH and a mondeo came off at 120MPH and various other spills but all rejoined with no damage an continued to play on the track for the rest of the day.

We do have very long wide soft grassed run off areas so you do have to try hard to damage your car!! LOL.

PS. That vid was of the EVO 30-130 event they do at Marham Twice a Year.
The track we set up is Loads more exiting than the one on the Vid. The Vid shows him entering the main runway and spinning when he lifted off at the end. On the track weekend we run it the other way round with complex corners at either end. Really good fun,,, trust me!! LOL
