Get some tough tools
I had ago at stripping my suspension the other day - very difficult because of tight, rusty nuts and bolts. I gave up. I intend to give it to a burly mechanic I know.
Just borrow some long levered tools and buy some new nuts and bolts, it must be possible .....?

they aren't too bad to do actually... best done with air tools as the bolt heats up when undoing (never had any shear off either)... use plenty of penetrating oil & 6 point impact sockets as they grip the Hex better than a 12 point socket meaning they are less likely to round off, or slip off the Hex & you loosing some skin... always tighten the forward wishbone bush last with weight on the suspension as that centres the bush, no droop or compression on the spring (neutral ride height)...
also, try going for a OEM Volvo Dealer Parts, I have found that other non OEM bushes aren't worth a blow on a ragmans trumpet, they are twice the price but last 10 years longer, & at £22 for front bushes for my S90 Exec it's not too bad
