Did you notice much of a difference between the OZ and standard wheels dynamically when you drove it ? |

not been very far in it as i want to get the camber arms etc on before i run the tyres too much, they are at a bit of an angle following the polybush work. It def feels like its on its toes a bit more now at the front end and the bigger offset has left loads of room for a big brake kit. only problem is i have to go and work for two weeks now and leave it behind! when i get back the arms and sway bar will be fitted and then window tints done and hopefully i will be getting a bit of paint work done. fill you all in when the work is done!!!! |

Elevate adjustable rear camber arms and the elevate rear anti-sway bar now also fitted.
Only problem is that the two new poly bushes from the stock arms don't fit the adjustable arms, might have to get back onto the guys at shark and see if they can sort me out!! The new bushes will be fine for a while i suppose anyway. Not sure if I am just hoping for it or not but the anti sway bar really seemed to have an impact on the handling. Back end feels really squared away now and no bounce or swing at all. get some pics up of it all in place when the rain stops and i can get it up on the ramps. Tints next weekend!! |

currently sitting in Laws Tyres @ Altens Aberdeen, popped in and the car was up on the ramp in 5 mins. Toe and camber is way off at the rear (not a surprise) and toe was way out on the front. They are using some kind of new fancy bluetooth system to take all the measurements and they are very good at explaining what is going on and what they will do etc. They even took me out the back and let me poke about underneath for a while, wish i had my phone on me to take some pics underneath, the exhaust is looking stunning!
now sitting watching the changes happen to the car via a live feed from the system while i drink coffee and watch sky news!! Great place Laws Tyres and now comes highly reccommended by me!! I will let you know if there is much of a change after my drive back down to Laurencekirk to pick up my dog following his operation. |

Yep!
huge difference to the car! the drive was a good bit better. the front right was out about 5 deg left about 1.5 deg rear left out 5.5 deg rear right out 3.3 deg they have set the fronts now too +0.90 deg and rears at + 1.30 deg i still have a negative camber issue on the back which is getting adjusted tomorrow, unfortunately it needs the wheel off etc to get at the screw / bolt, and laws were not able to take the wheels off etc while i was there. They have said that if i get it changed they will put it on the system again for free to check the changes as many times as i need!! finish the DYNAOIL on the underside tomorrow too hopefully!! |

Bit of dressing done to the wheel arches too. Also a new addition in the form of some mud flaps they are more needed for the front than the rear but thought they would be a good idea for the winter.

Right, enough is enough! This has to stop now as you're putting us all to shame
Loving this thread but giving me very dangerous ideas about spending some cash set aside for house improvements on 'tweaking' my T5. Keep up the good work!

Damnit, what I'd give to be able to spend that sort of money on my R!
Lovely car, must handle amazingly now compared to the factory setup. You need some bigger brakes now, they look lost under those alloys! |
