Dear All
After seven years, I’ve decided to exit Volvo world with the sale of my 144 (which hasn’t sold by the way) and the recent purchase of a Mercedes 190. I’ll miss the 144 but it served me well and the idea was I learnt from it and I’ve certainly learnt from it. Main lessons being, look in all the nooks and crannies and deal with rust as soon as you see it.
So fair well and if you know anyone who wants a 144 project, send them my way
Cheers

Will,

Stay in touch on here, I'm sure you'll want another old Volvo some day.

Merc 190 is a good car, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Cheers, John

I have a 190E 2.6 too, a great modern classic! Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks. It's a nice car...very pleased with it. Do believe the hype! Sadly only a 2 litre but who knows what I might shoehorn in there in the future. They are, it has to be said, Volvo strength cars.
