Default Cruise control parts phase 1 and 2, same or different?

The cruise control in my Phase 1 V70 isn’t working at present, I have the chance of a few parts from a phase 2 but I can’t find parts number lists to cross reference if they are the same or not. Does anyone know where I could check this or know for certain one way or another.

Ask if someone has VIDA - it has all the part numbers for both cars.

The earlier systems were vacuum operated, from late 98 on with fly by wire system it was simply a switch programmed into the instrument cluster when retro fitting.

Mine is a TDi which I believe is fly by wire, I am still struggling to find any pics of the phase 2 type switches to compare to mine.
