Just to clarify:
Please read all my posts NOT ONCE do I suggest that you quoted or agreed a price of £100 DELIVERED I offered a deal to YOU to include postage of £100. You quite clearly are not interested at that combined price. Fair enough fella. BUT you DID quote me a price of £100 (indeed, I've copied and posted it previously in this thread as a 'heads up' to beemer). You then quoted a price to beemer of 'around £120'. Now you quite obviously think that £100 and 'around £120' is the same thing. I quote you directly again: 'To me, £120 is "around £100".' Thats your opinion of course Gmain. Its my opinion that it does not mean the same thing and I highlighted the price differential for all to see and make their own minds up. Simple. Why are you trying to make silly points about my signature?

Look mate, if you're going to get pedantic, check the posts first.
I said from the outset, a price of "around £100". Correct? You then tried to get a deal of £100 total, including carriage. Even at that I was cutting you a bit slack and taking the onus of negotiating the carriage (I was advised when I got my alloys and tyres the other week, that it was cheaper for the seller to arrange pickup and delivery). And IMO, all you have done is to go out of your way to try and get the wheels for nothing, and that I am out to fleece people. I am not. I am merely trying to sell wheels, at a price which the buyer is happy with, and where I am getting a return on it. Try and phone a courier and get a price for pickup from Scotland and delivery to you, and then see how much that leaves out of the £100 you tried to negotiate. Like I say, you seem to want them for nothing and not having got this, have now decided to try and scupper any sale. Do you want me to give you details of where else they are for sale, in order that you can advise potential buyers of a cheaper price (round about), elsewhere? Anyhow, I have interest on selling them locally, for more than £120 quoted on the forum, so I'll stick with that at present. And I'm not making a silly point about your wonderful signature - merely a personal observation, based on what I have seen thus far... All the best |

Let others be the judge old chum. You know what you did and why. If me passing on the information to another lister enables him to make a balanced decision about you/the sale then its all good.
Good bye old chum

Im a 9 but they are well used so are quite stretched, you may have to put a rubber band around them to stop them falling off.

Well if you put a rubber band in and send it with them. And for the £10, you want them delivered?
