  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Good to see all these suggestions.

From the big list of possibles here you will have a lot to look through and check.
Idealy if you have acces to a pit or ramp you could do with getting the car on one. If not don't worry.

You need to raise a rear corner of the car up so the wheel is off the ground. Rock the wheel back and forth as see you you can hear a knock. If not raise the other side and try again. To check the engine mounts pull on the engine side to side it should hardly move at all. The gear box needs pulling from under the car and while you are there check the prop UJ's and bearing carrier.

If that kind of testing does not reveal the problem you will need an assistant to lay at the side of the car while you pull away without running them over. You'l probably have to do this a few time and possibly even do it with the hand brake on.

If that does not show the problem you are going to need to check on the death toll of local pets lol.
