  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Next two are on the cards. just got me an electric window motor on fleabay, cos my last atempt a fixing the old one has given up. Also got some front brake discs form there too. Bargains! Love em'

Default Tensioning

Hi,


I'm going to have a go at this soon too (2.0ES). I just eondered. How did you tension the belt. I've read that Volvo have a special tool which puts 30Nm force on the belt, midway on the longest straight run and it should move 7.5mm.

Did you fabricate something to do this?
