Information
  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Funnily enough, used to pop up to that hospital often - I used to train and manage mental health advocates. That'd be great to try out a wee spot of the wax - the V70's dark grey (savile grey maybe?) and it looks great fully shined

Smile Waxed at last!

Finally managed to find a day that was dry, warm enough, empty enough and I was able enough to clean and wax the Volvo.

Many thanks again to Chris aka scottishvolvo for the loan of the Angel Wax - very easy to apply and relatively easy to polish off, even for me. Delighted with the result! Cheers, Chris!

Have attached a photograph of the V70 post wash and wax but prior to interior/window clean and polish.

Next thing - to trace source of water ingress producing cornering-induced sloshing behind dashboard. (Hoping that Arnold Clark warranty may cover potential windscreen resealing...if not then to one of the local Volvo specialists.)

Having covered 10k miles since buying V70 six months ago...best car I've had.
