About 50% of cars these days have plymer intake manifolds. There is no issues with fitting the LPG nozzels to these manifolds. In fact with polymer manifolds LPG injection is the only way to go - a mixer is a big no no with them.

v40
Hi I have been running a 2000 v40 for the last two years on lpg and would advise you to run a flash lube kit on any lpg converted car as the cost is very little compared to the installation of the lpg system, saying that we have just had to do the head on a 1997 t4 with 180,000 miles on the clock and that didnt have a flash lube kit on but it has now after £500.00 to rebuild the head and replace the valves and we did advise him to put a cambelt kit on and a water pump on and he said NO well you live and learn dont yea.
