Can't tell if the original one I linked to has the internal keyway tab, but it doesn't appear to have the lacking tab on the top of the housing? Going to ask ABD for tech drawing and information as it's not specified.
Main beam has a very simple beam shape defined by the reflector no complex dip beam shape or masking , it throws all the light forward ..

Let us know how it goes..

What do you think to the second set though given the tab seems to be 180 deg. out of phase?

Also unsure if it would fit in the housing given the depth as I've no idea of the clearance between the connector and the light housing cover.
they say the bulb is H8 , im not sure if the 9/11/16 share the same housing but may have different wattage bulbs ??

Some say they are interchangeable, others not. The H11 seems to be the most common but people appear to cut of the electrical keyway inside the housing but also the main metal locator tab also has to be filed down ever so slightly.

I 99% sure the H9s are higher wattage as well, but given they are LED maybe they have removed the electrical housing keyway and filed down the tab by default given the extra power isn't a problem, hence them stating it's suitable?

Once ABD reply about the H9 fog bulbs I found, I'll ask them if these are indeed suitable as well and which they'd recommend.

Evening all,

So, I've ordered a set of the H8/9/11/16 LED bulbs as recommended by ABD as they said they've been designed with the tabs such that they will fit any variant and the stub for the lock on the plug is on boths sides, therefore if you have to rotate the plug 180 degrees to work it will lock in place.

They also said the original H9 ones I specified are low lumen output as they're not intended for that use, hence coming under the Fog Light category.

I'll let you know how I get on!
