Hi, have a 240 volvo 1991 polar swap on B230et (from a 740 1989) i got Bosch motronic.
I have a turbo more big, regulator pressure, and drift configuration... The car have a electrical problems , sometimes de pump fuse (6) blow up, and the pump relay not work like ussually. Now, the pump relay not activate the pump... i have a doble installation and the pump goes run ok.The car starts, and accelerate, and go to down and up RPM. I changed the IAC, and nothing... If i desconect the TPS, the car accelerate, it is normal, i believe the tps its ok. I checked for a air lick but i dont see nothing... Not smoke, nothing, only goes up and down the rpm and if i press acelerate go ok but always the rpm up and down... thakssssssss any ideas? |

Sounds like typical air flow meter problem or air leak issue.
Btw with the ET engine the rods are very week. If not done already fit stronger rods |

Hi, i pushed the tube from de IAC to the admission and the car was good, i think my IAC is good, but not 12v in... somebody knows the wiring correct? motronic? becouse in the HAYNEYS say,,, not especifications hahaha
