  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

They probably will not send you one, until you get the current issue resolved.

"Service Interruption with the Volvo On Call and In Car Apps

We apologize for the service interruptions you may be experiencing with your Volvo On Call mobile app and in car apps. We understand how frustrating these service delays can be and are working diligently to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.

We have identified problems with the cloud causing the Volvo On Call app to not function properly and that has been resolved. We are still working on in-car apps for the XC90 & S90 to be corrected. We appreciate your patience while we await the update to resolve these issues."

Do you think that this might be why my car locator is not working in the VOC app?

Could well be, although this is one thing that hasn't been affected for me! Like you say, give it a few days.

The good news is that I just popped home and had chance to try the weather app and Spotify while the car was connected to my home Wifi, and they both worked. Will try again later.

I hope not, activated and working VOC was a condition of my insurance in lieu of a Tracker. It's working for me at the moment.

Weather app is working. Woo-hoo!

Connected car via my home wifi. I've set up a temporary wifi access point in the utility room behind the garage. If I still have an XC90 next week I'll do a proper install.
