Default Top Engine Mount

Hi All.
I have a few rattles and vibrations I'm not happy with, so I intent to work my way backwards down the car as I get time.
I found, today, that my top engine mount (onto strut bar) is shot.

I know I can buy a whole mount, including bracket, but wondered about just replacing the bush.
I've found this on Ebay, but can't make out if it's the right thing...I think it is.

Has anyone gone this route?
a) Is this the right bush?
b) Anything I need to watch out for when doing the job?

Thanks.
Yeah, I found a square one complete with bracket, but being a tight fisted sod, was considering just replacing the bush, if possible.

I'll change the whole thing if necessary. They aren't massively expensive.
