Default Service Light reset 2005 S40

Does anybody know how to reset the service light on a 2005 S40 T5? I am not having luck finding a reset protocol for these newer models. Thanks

I haven't tried it on my 2006 V50, but the procedure described here for older 40 series worked fine for me in older 40 series.

Other fora have indicated that it works fine in the new 40/50.

With key off, push in and hold the button for the trip meter reset. Turn ignition key to position one, and wait for the trip meter to reset the displayed miles to zero. Continue holding the trip meter reset button in, and turn the ignition key to position two. In approx. 5-10 seconds, you will see the little orange triangle between your main gauges start flashing. Let it flash a few times, then release the trip meter reset button, then turn the ignition off and remove the key.

Wait a few seconds and reinsert the key and start 'er up.
