Default Lifter tappet help B20

So, I have a serious problem. Bonehead move. I was replacing the valve stem seals with head on using the rope trick. Everything was going well until the last two valves. I needed to remove the connecting rod out to get some clearance and before I knew it the tappet lifted out with the rod and is now laying on it's side under the head. I can see it through the hole. I can get a magnet on it. Is it even possible to get it back in the hole while the head is on it? I really did not want the expense of a new head gasket and the time to tear it all back down.

Nevermind, with a little magnet work I did get it back in.

Well done. I just love it when a little improvisation works and saves a lot of time, effort and, in some cases, money!
