my 850 digital computer having issues

My 850 is having a few issues at the moment one being the digital computer having a mind of its own.

The orange fuel light is on, as can be seen in the upside down picture sorry for the lack of light my digital computers bulbs have gone.

The eco warriors would be very impressed almost no fuel yet able to do 1,490 miles on what's left

That's an impressive range with such little amount of fuel although it should be noted that the warning light which can just be seen in the upside down shot is not to signal low fuel level but to signal low charge level i.e. battery not charging because your engine is switched off

Your correct wrong side the fuel light is on all the same. I wonder if anyone else is getting the same error even though I suspect my digital trip computer to be faulty

Mine did exactly the same but only after i brimmed it from empty, it soon went to a more realistic figure once my foot was buried in the carpet.

Seems the computer has big issues the speedo is 63 miles different in the ECU from the odometer so I'm going to replace the gears inside. When I replaced the speed sensor the diagnostics returned that the speedo signal was absent, obvious as I had no speedo, speedo returned when I replaced with the old unit so the unit has been returned to Volvo for testing.

A7 returned 1-1-1 each time I ran the codes
