Default VIDA Dice readout

Hello,

I finally got my chinese clone of Dice from this seller on aliexpress

and this are the error codes from my V40 2001 1.9D 2001 85KW

EGR is stuck closed, I noticed that when I cleaned my EGR a month ago. EGR solenoid is not working when energized with 12V power supply.

Can someone help me on other errors?

Click on each fault and Vida will tell you the possible cause(s) and solution(s).
That's the whole point of Vida.

I know I have to check Fuel Pressure Sensor on top of rail, and Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve.

Do I need to depressurize the fuel system before changing them. How?
Fuel pump fuse out? What about air that can enter into fuel system?

Once again, just learn how to use Vida.
If contains a complete workshop manual which will tell and show you how to change whatever you want.

Have you erased the codes? After you erase them, you need to idle the engine for 30 or so seconds and then also rev it a bit for a few seconds. Then read the codes and see what comes up

@gatos Done that. Only EGR and Glow plug left. I know that EGR is not working (solenoid not woking - it is stuck closed). I'll change EGR as soon as possible.

I'm asking if 35 kg/h is OK for mass air flow at idle, operating temp.
How stuck closed EGR can influence the mpg and MAF?

This is from VIDA documentation:

"Air mass

Indicates the value for the mass air flow in kg/h.
Normal value with engine hot and idling, neutral: approximately 28 kilograms per hour. "

I have poor fuel consumption and I'm trying to find out what is the problem (
9-9.5 L/100km city drive).

Thanks to all

In winter usually 42-45 kg/h (closed EGR). At summer 20-45 kg/h.
