Default D5 injector washer sizes?

Having had another puffing injector after butch mechanic not seating it properly im deciding to take this into my own hands. Does anyone know the correct sizes of the copper washers for seating those injectors?

Also can anyone confirm whether the rocker cover gasket requires the chemical gasket sealant combined when refitting a new gasket?

many thanks folks

not sure of the injector copper washer size, always fitted Volvo ones but you will also require a new clamp and bolts for the blowing injector as the clamp deforms and can only tension once, also when the injector is removed the surface in the head will require buffing with a wooden dowel to clean the carbon high spots.

also a new injector pipe should be fitted.

the rocker cover will not require removal

The rocker cover is seaping oil just beside the upper camshaft oil seal. Bloody pain as the butch mechanic was supposed to have sealed it with a new genuine volvo rocker gasket but also insisted on sealing it with the volvo chemical gasket at £30 a tube, but now its still leaking in the same spot, fouling my drive way and had contaminated my last t belt and tensonor which he also insisted i replaced. Looks more like a dogs dinner around the edges now that ever and still no further minus a puffing 3rd injector!

Thanks grass hopper for the info!

the front camshaft cap can also leak, this is sealed with cement.

but the cam-cover gasket is rubber and needs no cement,a small amount of silicone sealant in the corners can help
