A lot of visitors to this Forum do not come back with feed back so we can see if the problem has been resolved. Could you all ensure you complete the story to benefit everybody. Regards Peter

I have been unable to get any further with my problem as we have had a bout of flu running through the family, so I have not had chance to get my head under the bonnet yet

Once I have had a look I will post an update. As you say, it does help any new members and visitors who are having similar problems

I absolutely agree. It is courteous, helpful to other members, and also stops threads meandering on with new red herrings being thrown in, when the problem may have been solved ages ago.

This is global problem on most forum boards, including the IT forums I visit.
