Default Where does the Lamda Sond sticker go?

Ive just ordered a few things from Dave Barton. Whilst on his website I noticed a replica 'Lamda Sond' window sticker

None of my 240's have had one of these (the sticker that is) - perhaps UK cars didnt have them or they related to another model?

I quite liked the look of it so added one to my order.

In any event, if they were fitted to some 240's were they placed on a particular window in a particular place or just stuck anywhere?

I think it's just a promo sticker, from when Volvo was one of the first manufacturers to fit cats to their cars, so it would probably have been slapped on anywhere!

i had a 340 that had one fitted and it was on the rear sreen bottom right just off center, but was black, once the sun got to it it didnt last long...they were replaced on later 240 with a grill badge which looks much better...for some reason in the uk the badge was black however in the usa the lambda sign was blue, so i think the picture you have is a us car...you can still buy the grill badge new from volvo for £12
