rough running

Hi i have an s60 2.4 turbo 2001,recently it has been playing up,some days it runs ok,next it wont idle properly,sometimes cuts out,hard to get it to rev,dies sometimes under acceleration then picks up,no warnings on dash or in memory,could this be ETM failing,and if so will garage do any free work.

Sounds like an ETM problem, Volvo didnt fix mine for free on my 2001 V70 2.4T. It cost me £300+ in the end.

mine was the same ,i had the etm replaced and the latest software update ,i think it cost £327, at stratstone derby ,the car now runs perfect,
