Did mine, a few things.
  • Dont put the pulley back on until after you have refitted the protection case.... Doh! Had to order new stretch bolt and redo it.
  • If your clutch is not OEM, the fly wheel looking pin may not fit. Just put it in gear and wedge brake on with some wood.
  • The crank bolt is actually very easy to undo even when torqued up correctly, assume its to do with the fact its a stretch bolt.
  • If changing coolant pump, coolant may leak out of the weep hole initially, this is normal.
  • Some injection pump versions need to be locked in place, vida instructions didn't indicate mine needed to be. The injection timing hole in the SKF instructions was actually filling in. However to be safe i marked the position on the pulley and fitted in the same orientation anyway.
  • Use a torque wrench so not to over tighten the tensioner main bolt, you may strip the thread.
  • Consider changing crank position sensor.
  • Inspect crank seal.(thought mine may be leaking, think its dripping oil from intake due to PCV)
  • Inspect cam seal.
