Default HELP front rattle is driving me potty

Hello all

So, I had two annoyances up front, first a clicking noise on a sharp turn of the wheel (low speed). That was somehow remedied by replacing the roll bar links.
Good. Now the remaining rattle appears to be coming from near side front. It's audible only at low speed on uneven road.

My friendly Indy has checked the following so far

Front and rear suspension ok
Recently replaced condenser fitted solidly, cross members ok
Wheel nuts tight
Door mounts tight

What else might this be?

Thank you

Oh. The roll bar link replacement didn't fix the clunk sound at low speeds on tight turn. It's back.

Not impressed. This car has done 35k miles. I shall be ranting at Volvo for fitting cheap parts but expect to pay premium rates to remedy.

I'm spot on for Volvo demographic. Young professional with above average income. One eye on the XC60 as next car... One eye on my repair bills.
